Completed in September of 2004, the Cerro Vista Apartment Complex was the first student housing built at Cal Poly in over 25 years. The total site area is 6 acres located on the hillside just North of Poly Canyon and Klamath Roads on the University campus. Two hundred and one, four-bedroom apartments represent a unique opportunity for many Cal Poly students to combine apartment-style living with the convenience of a few minutes walk to class.
Each apartment has an electric range with a ceramic glass cooktop, refrigerator, garbage disposal, and a microwave oven.
A table for dining with 4 chairs, 2 lounge chairs, 1 settee, a coffee table, 2 end tables, 2 floor lamps, drapes in the living room, and one analog phone provided per apartment and installed in the common living area. Phone jacks are provided in each bedroom.

Bedroom (each resident is provided with):
One extra long twin bed and mattress, dresser, desk and desk chair, wardrobe, waste basket, a phone jack, surge protector and mini blinds.
Additional provided items:
Shower curtains, toilet paper and waste basket in bathroom. High speed internet access in each room plus one port in the living room. Basic cable TV connection in each bedroom and in the common living area.
